Wanted a simple finger tattoo, was told they wouldnt do it because they couldnt get it that small...? Or that it wouldnt stay...? Im so confused. I have other small tattoos and theyre still there 10 years later...

Editing to add in response to the owner's response: the "suggestions" from the artist were given in a poor manner and conveyed a feeling of "what a stupid idea" so i cut the conversation short and said nevermind and walked out as soon as i began to feel that. I brought a reference image and asked for something similar, it was very basic and small, if it was out of his technique or something he wasnt able to do he shouldve say that. He should not make the customer feel as if they have poor choice in ideas or assume they cannot afford a "minimum". If he was smarter, he would have talked with me, maybe drawn up something similar that he COULD do, and he would have been paid $200 for a single letter tattoo that would have taken no time at all.
