Cinnabon Corporate Office — Local services in Sandy Springs

I just visited the store in Gaithersburg, Md @ the Rio and the store manager was very rude. The store managers name was Catalyna. My daughter made her order, Catalyna acted like she was a little irritated waiting on my daughter to find her coupon on her app. After she finished with my daughter she walked away to talk to a guy who was waiting I guess for her. I then said to her, I was waiting and you just walked off. She gave me the "I'm disturbing her look" and told me to wait a minute and kept on wth her conversation. The guy then left and then she came to the register. I asked her for her manager. She said "I am the manager". I then asked her he4 name. Catalyna with a serious attitude. Call me crazy but customer service seems like its a thing of the past. You spend your money at these establishments and they act like you are bothering them. That store location is not on my list to revisit for sure. Thank...

Horrible customer service and no accountability when they serve hardware tools instead of deserts. My 4 year was asking to for Cinnabon at the Glendale galleria, so we got 2. My 2 year old insisted to eats on her own and while she was eating I spotted a shiny silver thing covered with frosting I quickly took a look and realized is a METAL SCREW she almost ate it we complained to headquarters and they said would refund for trying to do serious injury and harm even though unintentionally, they still haven’t refunded, it is still unacceptable the only job you have is to serve edible foods hair or insect is understandable but baking and frosted construction tools is on another level of failed… horrible service and horrible customer service for Cinnabon as a company… I still have it saved...

Todayi went to the queens center mall location , I needed Cinnabon to make my son a cake for his bday, I didn’t know how many I needed or what sizes should I use ( I wish Cinnabon sold cakes ) well Melissa was AMAZING !! She helped me out with all my questions and concerns , she even provided me with freshly made buns and told me exactly what time to come back for them . She assisted me with helping me turn them into a cake with my cake stand . I couldn’t have gotten a better staff member .. she went above and beyond and made my sons birthday so very special with his favorite desert !!! I wanted to make sure her services she provided today was definitely known by higher up !! PS - think about selling jumbo Cinnabon cakes .. it will do...
