This location is a nightmare getting in and out of. A majority of the clientele at this location have nearly no understanding of how to drive through parking lots, use parking spaces and literally walk in the middle of all the lanes and seem to lack the comprehension of what sidewalks are for as well as following the flow of traffic.
That being said, the store itself is great. Always clean, usually well stocked. Staff pays attention to the customers requests. Pizza's were over-cooked/burned for months. I left repeated notes in the suggestion box about the burnt pizzas and after speaking with a lead they took action. The next time (and ever since) I shopped the pizza's were no longer burnt and were coming out golden and crispy.
This location is great, but you need the patience of a patron saint to navigate the parking lot and the crowds of people who seem like they plan their family reunions in every aisle at every turn. Costco aisle shouldn't be used as social meeting places. You laugh, I'm serious.
EDIT: Update, while a handful of staff at this location are great, there are a number of employees who really shouldn't work in public retail. A number of staff don't know where anything is and can barely speak English. Management... I'm not sure what their excuses are, but they literally rearrange the store over night, weekly. To the extent that I practically have to navigate every aisle in search of items that have been moved.
The stock/buying manager for this store cancels/clears out the most popular items. If you like a product? Don't expect it to be around long. The wine selection is garbage, the woman who manages the wines is extremely opinionated and has been rude to me at least twice. The staff in the food court are divided between one or two very dedicated employees who keep things going while the rest just seem lost. The ice cream machines are always breaking down and the line for your order can take over 20 min.
I've been to other Costco locations that were vastly superior in stock/merchandise and service. Not sure what happened with this location, I used to really enjoy shopping here. Now it only get's my business because of it's proximity to me. If there was another one near me, I'd never...
Read moreUsually I have nothing but positive words to say about Costco but shopping at this location I had one of the worst experiences as a member. My partner and I purchased for a few items from the store. We were stopped at the exit door because the cashier Claudine failed to ring up one of our 9 items. We were asked to stand to the side and wait for a manager. The manager (David) was called over. He checked our cart and saw the missing item on the receipt which was a bag of tortillas. He kept on rushing me to go back to the register and pay for the item (as if we were attempting to steal). When he brought me to a register there was a long line. Another Costco employee asked me to what was wrong. I told him the cashier failed to ring up the tortillas and now I have to wait in this long line to pay for them. I asked him and another employee if I can leave and have them keep the 7.00 tortillas and they took me to another register interrupting another employee to ring me up. I asked on multiple occasions to leave the item and go home and they didn’t allow it. I paid for the tortillas and they stopped me again to make sure it was “paid for” even though I had just finished at the register with the receipt in my hand. Clearly upset with the encounter I called the customer service phone number for Costco Perimeter. Omar the manager answered the phone. I explained the whole situation and he agreed that the process was wrong and I shouldn’t have went through that. However he only offered that he would bring up my horrid situation at their staff meeting and that he’s “sorry” that’s all he had to offer me. He didn’t ask me for names or more details to even look into he just said sorry. As someone who pays for membership to shop at Costco this customer service is truly deplorable. I hope this post reaches the correct audience so no shopper ever has to go through what I...

If you upgrade to the Executive membership online, and haven’t changed the card (which it says on the website is not needed for entry), there’s a crazy lady who can’t quite handle it and will give the 3rd degree (even when the other lady who scanned it tries to vouch for you) and try to rush you to customer service. Just a warning that you can upgrade and scan through, but some employees will still get on your case for no good reason.
If you walk toward the public restroom during the early hour, you might get the joy of another lady saying, “Where are you going?!” in a rude, accusatory way and then getting mad and gaslighting about it when you match her energy, claiming she was just “making sure you’re ok”. If that were the case she would’ve said “You ok?” or something like that, obviously. I get that there are private offices down that hallway too, but surely customers walking toward the big sign that says “Restroom” is not that unusual of an occurrence. Maybe wait til you actually see something untoward before acting like that, just a thought.
Not all bad here, though. There was a cool older lady up front scanning cards, and the young man in the food court who made my excellent pizza slice was lovely, too. Just know that there are some others who could use some basic common sense and extra training. I understand the earlier hour may add some stress to the employees, but try not to take it out on the customers....
