Not only did Brandon Wine’s office botch my auto insurance which made me have to look for car insurance somewhere else, but they sold me a policy for home insurance with a deductible of $15,000. I only found out after I made a claim for a new home I purchased.
This house is not even worth half a million dollars and I am now being made to pay 15K as a deductible to process my claim? How is that even legal? Everyone I have spoken too says they have never heard of such a high deductible before. How could filing a claim leave me nearly bankrupt? I will be following this up with complaints and any necessary action to rectify this injustice. Horrible service from State Farm!
ADDENDUM: You can see from their response that they have shown no responsibility to offering a ridiculous deductible to a new home buyer, without providing clear explanation to their implications. I would never have chosen the lowest deductible offer if I knew it would mean I’d have to pay 15,000 dollars to file a claim.

Read moreI have joined this company for my auto insurance for some time now and each time I receive a call from other merchants I think twice. The reason is because I found a customer care attitude, the account reviews if there is something that need my attention to quickly remedy it to avoid any lapse in the contract therein. A laugh during a conversation with any one is delightful for it denotes the quality of the public relation character much alive in the team. I purchase a car a few months ago and the time to put the insurance on it was about to elapse 11pm prior to the midnight deadline on that day - made the call immediately I was able to be insured ready to go on my trip to South Florida to tell you the truth I was a little nervous for I thought it would not be possible at such time of the night . Thank you to all of you for making my transactions hassle free over the years keep up the good work. It pays.
