Bagel Boys Cafe - Perimeter — Restaurant in Sandy Springs

This is my first time at this location. I went in and had to choose my own Bagel from bins they had up front which I found kind of awkward. I then took the bagel to the cashier and asked her if I could get the bagel cut and get a small side of plain cream cheese. After she rang up my bagel I had to wait for everybody else in the line and even people that came in after that before my bagel got cut and to get my cream cheese.

While I was waiting a guy in a Giants jacket that worked there asked me if I was being helped. I told him that I was waiting for my bagel to get cut and it was ridiculous how long it was taking. He sarcastically replied, "thank you for your patience.". After my bagel got cut I had to wait even longer for my cream cheese and then I said "I can't believe it's taking so long to get this cream cheese" and the guy behind the counter in the Giants jacket again sarcastically replied "thank you for your patience."

Instead of being rude and sarcastic that guy could have apologized to me and figured out a way to get my bagel and my cream cheese to me faster. But he found it more appropriate to be sarcastic and rude to a customer. Combine that with the fact that they couldn't cut my bagel until everyone else was helped and I'm confident I won't be returning.

I been coming to this Location damn near every day faithfully since 2015 I even go to the Alpharetta location when I’m on that side of time ( great service every time) however I’ve noticed for the past year and a half the 3 guys that work there NEVER seems pleasant to me I’ve seen them interact with other customers satisfying and pleasant but with me the customer who greets them with a smile and friendly tone I NEVRR get the the same reaction so today I patiently waited for my order once given I get to the car and hash brown was COLD as if it was sitting there at least 30 minutes oh yeah not to mention on Memorial Day I asked for my bagel to be slightly toasted but it wasn’t toasted at all so to my conclusion this location has lost a customer. Sincerely Christy ( French toast slightly toasted, hash brown & medium cup for hot tea ! Yup you 3 guys know who I am same order same face same name sane to go order !...

Wish I could rate higher BUT...though we have had them cater our staff mtgs in the past (drop & dash), this time...it took me 2 days, emailed 2x, called, was promised a return call - no call came, called again Thursday afternoon before Friday mtg to confirm, yes - had the order, took my pymt but could not provide the total but would email (no email) then driver late, lost, still no receipt, no total, did cut bagel sandwiches in half per my request but when wrapped as whole, cant tell they are halved, feeds less and people have less choice which was the reason I asked for them to be cut in half. The food was good but no condiments like butter or jelly. Disappointed and now I have to drive there to retrieve the receipt since they seem to be unable to bring with the order or email it to me!
