I've been a loyal customer for a couple of years now but the last 4 times I've been there, I've had horrible experiences. I went there a while ago, there was a young guy who ruined my nails and I was ok with it, I went there 3 times to have them fixed and had no problem driving back and forth, only the 3rd time I went there, there was Amy helping me, I did tell her that that's the 3rd time I'm going there to have my nails fixed, she didn't apologize or said hi or anything, so for that reason I walked out without saying bye or thanks, and she said out loud "thank you" I turned back and said well I've been driving back and forth 3 times now and you guys don't even say sorry, so why do you expect a thank you? She started speaking Vietnamese to her colleagues and laughed, at this point I got really mad, and asked her if I'm being funny that she's laughing at me.... again I went there a month ago, Andy the owner was nice and he fixed my fingers but then the lady who was doing my toes (because I am very ticklish I don't do pedicure) she acted like my toes were really disgusting. She started speaking her language to her colleague, pointing at my toes, not making eye contact or smiling at me., doing my toes like she was disgusted, nagging. I asked her co worker, she said she's talking about your cuticles. Very rude and disrespectful! With all this I went there again, today, after a long day at work to relax and rewind, and because i got a $10 off for their service for my birthday, my birthday was yesterday! Today called them at 5, and had an appointment for "6" o'clock. Went there at exactly 6, sat there, had a change of color of my toes, and sat there forever till 6:50... what's the point of making an appointment for an exact time, if there's no availability and no technician to help me for another hour? I could spend that time at home with my kid. The guy customer who was there after me, was taken care of, having 2 or 3 of the ladies working on him, and everyone else, but not me... I was so frustrated after waiting for so long and asked if it's going to take a while at 6:45, but still no one showed up to take care of me. Got super mad to have lost almost a whole hour, and left the store after 50 minutes wait. My last time... I will never go...
Read moreNice salon and the staff is personable. Will giFrom Loyal Patron to Disheartened Customer
For years, I considered this salon my go-to spot, consistently praising its services and recommending it to friends. One nail technician, in particular, stood out for her exceptional skill and warm demeanor. She often wears cute jewelry her friend made for her, shes good.
However, recent experiences have cast a shadow over my once-positive perception. On three separate occasions, I requested to book an appointment specifically with my preferred technician. Each time, I was informed that the salon does not permit clients to choose their nail techs.
Most recently, I scheduled a 5:45 PM appointment. Two other clients arrived after me—one with a 6:00 PM appointment and another as a walk-in. Both were promptly attended to, while I remained waiting. By 6:25 PM, having received no service or updates, I decided to leave.
Upon inquiring about the delay, I was told that the 6:00 PM client had booked a specific technician, contradicting the policy previously communicated to me. Additionally, I was informed 20 plus mins later that the available technicians did not perform SNS services, which I had booked. So. now they telling me that two nail techs do not know how to do SNS, okay and its raining pink pigs.
This inconsistency in policy enforcement and the lack of transparency are deeply concerning. It raises questions about equitable treatment and respect for all clients. After years of loyalty, I expected consistent professionalism and fairness.
I hope the salon reflects on its booking policies and ensures equitable treatment for all clients moving forward.ve...
Read moreOverall terrible experience. I usually see Andy who is incredible & the only one who seems to care about customer service in there. I requested the stiletto shape from the tech who ended up working on my nails & I told her I like my shape thin & pointed however I guess she can’t do that shape & she gave me bulky nails. During the process I was getting a pedicure and the tech doing my pedicure was aggressive and seemed like he didn’t know how to do & kept hurting me what I was asking for both my toes look different and there’s a wrinkle in the chrome on the left. However I didn’t even bother to complain about that as I was more unhappy with my nails. I told the tech I didn’t like them & asked to speak with a manager I wasn’t rude about it but simply explained I’m use to the shape Andy gives me and that’s what I like so I wanted to come back the following day and have it fixed the manager Michelle was nasty in her response “well why didn’t you tell her before she was done” I did & even if I had not that’s a very unprofessional thing to say to a customer. She scheduled me to come back the following morning when I walked in she was rude and pointed to the chair she wanted me to sit at. Very unfriendly during the duration of the “fix” & made it evident she was annoyed that she had to redo it while talking about the situation with other employees in her language in front of me. A day after I left the chrome was already peeling & the picture below is today exactly 5 days later. If I could give no stars I would. The only person worth seeing here was Andy. Management should...
