I went in with my fiancé excited to go nuts. Invitations, gifts, welcome packages, etc. and it was a terrible experience. the two women working didn’t even acknowledge us for five minutes (not a big store at all...). then when I asked if they had any papers or marketing where I could pull out inventory I liked and start putting together gifts and packages or that I could take home to review she said no, the ONLY way of getting things is looking at what’s in the store and I was SOL. Literally the least helpful people. Very disappointed, I was excited to give my money to a small local business...

UPDATE: Owner's response is moot. Why did I ask for a catalog of sorts? Because the people working there were not helping me. I browsed. I felt the few invitation samples you had out. And yet, I am still dissatisfied. I was not getting that boutique experience or any sort of good manners. I would have loved a walk through of your customization process. I received none of that. As you are new, I don't know what "expectation" you have among your clients, but the simplest of expectations is good customer service. I was barely spoken to. I was not "sold" anything. I was not helped. my fiance and i left because of how uncomfortable we were. they were rude, and i will not waste my money with a business that doesn't treat its customers well. I wouldn't suggest anyone else waste their time or money...

Sirmantha and From Sir With Love handled all of the paper and stationery needs for my daughter’s wedding. We started with a beautiful custom monogram which was incorporated throughout the product line. The Save the Dates were a lovely beginning. She produced thank you note cards for the shower gifting prior to the wedding and another set for thank you notes for after the wedding. The wedding invitations were beautifully printed on deckled edge paper with letterpress and everyone loved them. Sirmantha seamlessly handled cocktail plastic printed glasses , napkins, place cards, programs menus, ceremony programs, fans and all the assorted signage/table seating cards we needed for our reception and ceremony. Love Mandy and her adorable shop. We actually were a bit late to the game starting the invitations for my daughter's wedding. We had done the Save the Dates with another out of town vendor who wasn't being responsive and missing some of the details we discussed. My daughter had a very specific look and feel that she was looking for and from the moment we met with Mandy, we were thrilled with her level of professionalism, attention to detail, creative abilities and Southern Charm. She is just a delight to work with also. She created a beautiful Wedding Suite along with a gorgeous Table Assignment Chart, cute custom koozies and beautiful place cards for the estate table.
