After applying for passport renewal one year ago, I was able to get in contact with the office once and have been not being successful since. The individual that assisted me should have doubled checked everything to make sure they they got a copy of page 4 and 5 of my expired passport and the signature on the application. Addition Information was needed which I emailed and was advised to call after I emailed but no one answers the line. I also mailed the missing information but still have not heard anything. I am so disappointed. I usually call on Fridays because that is my day off and there is no option to leave a voice message. I had to drive 5 hours one way for my initial appointment and don’t feel I should have to make another appointment and drive another 10 hours just to check on my application status. I am out of options. This has been the worst experience I have had with any office especially when they know we need our passport in order to travel. I've submitted my application from June I've been calling from September 2018 its November and still no answer the office number just rings everytime I call for answers. Im not even sure if they had submitted my application now I'm stuck in this country and no help from my government, this makes no sense I mean it really do since the office is filled with Bahamian people.
