Hello. Today I purchased 4 pizza's from Store number 2555 at 3:30 pm today. I ordered 2 Chicken Pesto Pizzas with Jalapenos the other pizza were fine. The past 4 or 5 weeks I have ordered 2 of the Chicken Pesto Pizza's I have been ordering this exact pizza over the last probably 10 years. My past experiences have been with an Older lady who explained to me that you can still order the pizza, but not everyone knows about it because it is no longer on the menu. She was great and had no issues. Today there was a new cashier a younger girl probably in her teens. She took my order I ordered the same way I do all the time Chicken Pesto Pizza with Jalapenos. The young girl did not put the Jalapenos on my ticket. I took my order and drove home. Once I looked in the box, I realized I did not have Jalapenos. So I went back to Schlotzsky's. I went in and let the young lady know there were no Jalapenos. No big deal please add some Jalapenos. Raven comes to the register and starts talking about it doesnt come with Jalapenos. I said I know thats why I asked for Jalapenos to be added. No big deal. I even commented, "If that's the worst thing that happens to me today, it a good day". Really it didn't even bother me. From my first interaction with the older lady I understood that it's not on the menu. So I have been prepared that if the person placing the order is not familiar with Chicken Pesto Pizza there is potential for a mistake. Then here goes Raven she was very condescending and very unpleasant with her tone and attitude. I'm not requesting anything but some Jalapenos. Simple, just put some Jalapenos on my Chicken Pesto Pizza and I'm good to go. I was going to let it go. Then she brings the pizza back and says," hear's your pizza and drops it on the counter." Turns her back and walks away. Couldn't hand it to me or the cashier? Basically it was dropped from about 4 inches from the counter. She did not like drop it from the ceiling or anything like that. I am 50 years old. I've never seen or heard of anyone being treated like that over a simple concern. Basically, here's your pizza just take it and leave. Not professional at all. Customer Service was not pleasant. I stood there in disbelief for a few seconds....asked the cahier her name.....waited a few second and asked her to let Raven know I would like to talk to her. She came up and I let her know I did not appreciate her attitude. She responded to me that I should work on my attitude. She in a very smart way then said have a nice day. My interaction with here was unpleasant. If she had just been pleasant and handed me the pizza, I wouldn't be spending time to type this complaint. My concerns. How she spoke to the cashier in front of me. The cashie is new an ordering something not on the menu. No big deal a simple mistake. How she spoke to me at the time of the concern. Her attitude when she brought back the pizza Her comments when we spoke for the final time. I have no issues with the order being wrong. It happens, no big deal. I wish I knew the name of the older lady who works there. I do not know if she is the manager or if Raven is. I was so upset with Raven I didn't even thing to talk to her. I just left upset at that point. For all I know Raven is the manager. Please look into this matter.

   Read moreDespicable!!! Went to the location in Gainesville, TX. I ordered a Ham and cheese original with no veggies. I must've said no veggies 4 times because when the woman repeated it back she didn't say no veggies. She did finally say it. However when I got home there were all the veggies on it! So I went back and took the sandwich. She apologized and took the sandwich from me. Another woman asked for the receipt, I told her it doesn't say no veggies on the receipt but I said it 4 times. She got very rude and said that I needed to listen to what they repeat back and that it's my fault for not checking it at the window. I said no I said several times no veggies and they eventually did say it back! She said next time I need to listen better and pull forward. I said no thank you I'm good right here until I get the sandwich I ordered. She continued to be hateful and tell me to pull forward. I said there's no one else in the line, I'm not impeding your business I'll stay right here thanks. She got louder and I told her she needed to stop, leave me alone and walk away. She did not. She kept on arguing and being ugly! So I rolled up my window. Then she proceeds to BEAT ON MY CAR AND TRY AND OPEN MY CAR DOOR!!!!! I then yelled at her to not touch my car!!! She said she was calling the police on me for trespassing. Meanwhile I still haven't received my sandwich! I believe it was already done bit she was trying to get me to leave without something I already paid for! I told her that sounds great because I would love to tell them how she beat my car! That's when I felt it best to start recording the situation. She didn't try and touch my car after that but she did fake call the police. So I said I probably need to stay until they get here right? She said no you need to leave. I said I'm not fleeing the scene if you called the police!! I have never experienced such disgusting behavior from someone in the costumer service industry!! She should be fired and I would love to speak to corporate about this!! No one should put their hands on my car or attempt to open my car door!!!!!...
   Read morememphis tn location… first i loved this sandwich shop my absolute favorite .. i ordered two sandwiches which hard as a brick moldy… contacted manger asked me to send the photos and complaints to the owner paul i did exactly that…paul said that he hadn’t received them mine read read… i called and he couldn’t understand my explanation of the issue… there was a large language barrier… He refused to credit my card … Paul hung up on me.. SERIOUSLY HUNG UP ! i called back.. the young lady tried to explain everything to him.. she said resend the photos.. i did.. only to have paul block my email address… the young lady agreed to give me two identical sandwiches as a credit on sunday.. a week later… i called before going.. 20 minute drive.. they would have them ready for myself… i arrived at .. 3:17 .. the door was. locked.. closedown early.. knowing i was going to be there at that time… called the store the young man ( talking to someone else) said that i had to come back on monday.. Paul instructed them to close at 3:15… coincidence i think not … THE BREAD is MOLDY… can’t begin to imagine what else they are willing to serve… IT WAS DISGUSTING HARD AS A BRICK .. ANYONE WHOD GO THROUGH THAY MUCH TROUBLE IN ORDER NOT TO HELP A FAITHFULLY CUSTOMER NEEDS TO BE IN A DIFFERENT BUSINESS…. LOOK AT THE PHOTOS.. CONTACTED CORPORATE OFFICE… DIDNT BOTHER TO RESPOND EITHER….
