Absolutely LOVED Mark!! Don't vet any other vendors -- just hire Mark. He and Brad made our wedding so incredibly special!!

Mark was so well organized and insightful during our initial consultation. It was clear very early that he was going to be the perfect vendor, from his kind personality, sharp insight on good selections and quantity (he's bartended for years!), and awesome communication throughout the whole planning. He also had options laid out so it was easy to decide on the small details like cup type, if we needed his transportable bar, signage, etc.

We selected to do a taste testing also, which was so fun!! They got to know us quickly, made awesome suggestions for some signature cocktails that reflected our personalities, and tweaked them with us until they were perfected! Not to mention, Mark makes all of his own mixers/syrups and squeezes his own juices from locally bought produce which made for some really quality cocktails!!

Mark also went above and beyond for us. We fell in love with some vintage/wide mouthed champagne stems but they were discontinued at our Ikea store. Mark scoured the valley until he found a restaurant supply store that sold them!! He gave us the option to buy them ourselves or he was happy to buy them and rent them to us for the same price as the traditional champagne flutes he has on hand. I was elated!!! He made sure our wants were met every step of the way and at every turn he was communicative and on the ball -- we never stressed about this aspect of our wedding because Mark was so reliable.

On our wedding day, they stayed true to their character -- they were prompt, well organized and had a nice clean bar layout (and looked super handsome to boot!). Our guests couldn't get enough of the cocktails and enjoyed chatting them up (I think they made off really well in tips!!).

I can't say enough about Mark -- he's far more than a bartender. His entrepreneurial fire turned would-be drinks into an experience in-and-of themselves, which brought our wedding to a whole new level.

Did I mention he was also super reasonably priced?!

If that’s not enough, here are our thoughts on Copa Bar Service- We were truly fortunate enough to have had Copa at our wedding. I don’t even know where to begin in telling you how great they were… I guess I’ll start by saying, Mark handled our event with such care and thoughtful detail. There was not a loose thread to be seen or worry about! Our tasting went beautifully (except for when my fiancé, at the time, got drunk and kept pretending like he wasn’t lol). I felt that Mark really listened to what we liked and came fully prepared with drinks that were spectacular! If I had one poor thing to say about this whole experience is that, it was too hard choosing what drinks we wanted, simply because they were all phenomenal!!! That’s not really a complaint is it, though?! We ended up finalizing our choices and we couldn’t have been happier with how they turned out at the event. The bar tenders were insanely polite and charming. We had some people in attendance that like to chat and I can’t thank the bar staff enough for putting up with our chatty guests! So sweet and kind!! We opted for the horse trailer, and (I thought) it fit perfectly with the grounds. The staff was clean, efficient and courteous- not to mention, never distracting or noisy with the set up or take down. We hired Mark and Copa Crew to provide drinks and bar tending services for our wedding on 9/21/2019. They. Were. Perfect! We selected the top shelf package and included a red signature sangria, and were extremely pleased with all drinks provided. We scheduled our initial tasting and had a hard time narrowing down our cocktail selections, but ultimately settled on the Lady Lavender Collins and Whiskey Smash. (I LOVED the Whiskey Smash, and usually don't drink any kind of brown liquor) The sangria was amazing, not too sweet and perfectly reminiscent of our memories at the lake house.

Now that we've established the drinks were perfect, the service was out of this world! Our wedding day ended up being chillier than expected, so with two hours of our reception left, we decided to move everything from outside to inside. With some help from groomsmen, Copa moved the bar inside and was back to slinging drinks in no time, with an amazing attitude about the entire experience. The party was rolling and I didn't want it to end, so we extended our bar service an extra hour and were super happy we did. While planning our wedding, I wasn't sure if we'd have it in our budget to hire a professional bar service, but Copa Crew is very reasonable and 100% worth it.
