First 4 pictures were the state my chain before it was brought in, had a busted link needed fixed, the lady had said she was going to clean it so I made sure to give her the pendant too, did not get made aware of id no longer have any gold plating on the pendant or chain left over when done or told anything to the effect. I imagined some would be lost not the entire gold plating I would have preferred just the link be fixed. This items resale value makes it impossible to replace and it’s a damn shame, I asked what it would take to replate and was quoted 75 dollars for just the pendant and the chain apparently wasn’t worth replating even though being .925 silver and once gold plated lol. I strongly advise you to not bring anything of value to this place and only your most basic needs be done, do not for any reason allow them to clean your jewelry. I was considering using super glue to fix the link and that would have been much better in comparison to the series of events that followed. I tried to keep my cool and just walk out cause they have no remorse or care for what they did and frankly saw nothing wrong with it from what I gathered. Remember their normal is destroying your jewelry.

This was like bringing your car to a mechanic for them to total it, the chain itself was 130 new and has went up in value in just weight of material, the cost to repair has been $40 so far and was quoted $75 for just the pendant to be replated, in the car world they total cars for less % damaged. Can’t stress enough to stay away, unless you want shoulder shrugs at best...
