I had my hair cut and colored the young hair stylist that did my hair should not be cutting hair without supervision. I was very clear on what I wanted for a haircut. When I went to have my hair done it was past my shoulders . I explained I did not want a lot off lengthwise . I wanted it just to have it rest on my shoulders. I brought a picture of what I wanted done. She cut the back of my hair wet then said she was going to dry it and cut the top. She turned me from the mirror in my chair and proceeded to cut my hair. When she turned me back around I was mortified it was all choppy like a little kid cut my hair with a pair of school scissors. I emailed the salon and explained I was going to be traveling back home to South Carolina the next morning and that I thought the right thing for them to do is have another well seasoned hair stylist fix my hair. When I reached out to them it was before they opened. They read my email and chose not respond. I emailed them again after having my hair redone by a different salon. I explained nicely how the hair salon I went to said my hair was so uneven and they could only even it and suggested I let it grow out because one side of my hair is cut off at a angle in the front so only way to fix is let it grow out. Also was told I need to recolor my hair as the color she had done did not take as she did not leave my color on long enough. When they responded they said I should’ve reached out before having my hair done somewhere else and they would have recut my hair. They unfortunately can not refund any of my money. I replied that I did reach out and that I waited for them to respond and they never did. I also told them as a past hair dresser I knew that they did have the availability to refund my money as I had a huge did service done to me. They refused to make it right so here we are.Fair warning do not go there!!! Their hair stylist are not adequately trained. This place is so awesome! I haven’t gone to a hairdresser in years, I’ve been coloring and cutting my own hair for a long time. I wanted caramel highlights and Deanna took my very dark level 1-2 hair up to a level 5 and toned it perfectly it looks amazing now! She conditioned, trimmed, and gave me a very flattering angle cut that framed my face nicely. I now have a new hairdresser she is very talented and super nice.
