Subway — Restaurant in Sanford

So there I was headed to the Food Lion in that shopping center to grab a few things. Then, after, I planned on getting my Wife a sandwich at subway as she has field-day with our elementary child tomorrow. As I drove by, I saw an employee out front (possibly) smoking and talking with someone, so I figured Food Lion was the better choice first! I spent about 20 minutes in Food Lion and then directly went two doors down to the sandwich shop. I entered and the very same employee was sitting in a booth on his phone and looked up at me and said "It'll be 15 minutes before I can make a sandwich as I am on break". The same and only employee who was out front not 20 minutes ago hanging out. That same guy gets a break every 20 min? Is that how that Subway chooses to run their store, solo employee and he doesn't work? Well I went across the street to Jersey Mike's, because there was no way in hell I was going to wait on his lazy ass. I bet he feels like he deserves $15 bucks an hour too.... I am deeply dissatisfied with the Subway location near my family's residence. Their practices have been consistently disappointing, as they frequently serve stale bread that cannot be salvaged even through toasting. What's more concerning is that they add ingredients to our subs that are not supposed to be included, posing a significant danger, particularly to those with allergies. For instance, they once put jalapeños on my young children's tuna sub, aged 4 and 5. This recurring issue seems to be amplified when we place mobile orders at this specific establishment. It appears that the owners and/or managers do not take the time to review customer feedback and make necessary improvements, despite us moving to this area in 2021. Consequently, with the rising number of people relocating to this locality, they have the opportunity to significantly increase their revenue if they simply strive to do better. Worst place ever! Don’t go there! 0 starts for this location! Last night (6/11/24-Tuesday night) we arrived at 9:40pm we parked and by the time we walked to the door it was 9:43pm and there was a lady mopping the floors and had a sign on the door stating: No Orders After 9:15pm We just cleaned & mopped Do Not Walk in

They turned the lights off at 9:55pm and left the establishment at 9:59pm. And before she left, she took the sign off the door. It was a young African American lady.

Although we were there on time and specifically stopped bc they were supposed to stay open until 10pm

Who owns this place? Location is 2238 Jefferson Davis Hwy, Sanford, NC. What kind of employees do you hire that refuse to serve ur customers!
