I contacted Lawrence about making some shirts for my family for Thanksgiving, he gave me a price and a week later he contacted me saying he had to go up on the shirts. I told him this was unacceptable and I would find someone else to make them. The next day he texted me apologizing and said he would honor the original price, so I let by gones be by gones and proceeded. I sent him a picture of exactly how we wanted the shirts. He sent me a text of three adult shirts with the wrong image and the words on there twice. I questioned him on this and he never responded as to why the material was different on all 3 shirts. I told him I wanted all shirts the same and if this couldn’t be done to stop the order and refund the money. He finally responded 2 days later after telling me the shirts would be ready the day prior with some BS about he copied and pasted the text and he was too far in the process for a refund. His failure to communicate is not my fault and if he was a professional he would’ve apologized for his error and figured out a way to make this right. He would Read the message and then ignore what I was requested.
