Ordered a Lego piñata. Showed a photo of what we wanted and was told it could be made - with a square Lego head. Was picked up for me today and looked nothing like Lego theme or photo shown. Round head. We called and told her, and she says they did what they could and if we wanted it exact it would be about $100 for a piñata… why weren’t we told from the beginning they weren’t able to make it that way? There are many different piñatas I could have bought for less than that that would have actually matched the Lego theme. I am left with a very sad piñata that looks nothing like a Lego head. Just looks like a regular person. Will have to fix myself because no other option was offered except to buy a brand new piñata. No thanks! Bad customer service. I’ll be taking all of my future business elsewhere! Go somewhere else! 0/10 recommend.

Editing to include photos. Also adding we were under the impression this was a custom order since we had to pay you for you to make it and we placed this order weeks in advance…. If you would have communicated this wasn’t the case and what we were asking for wasn’t doable we could have...

This review is in reference to Nicole Todd’s comment below since we could not respond to the owner. She suggested we share a photo so here it is. I am the one that picked up the Lego piñata and can attest that when I placed the order for this piñata I was never told about the need for a custom order or else we would have considered that option. When I placed the order The staff told me that the piñata in the picture would be made. Nobody said that it was going to be different from the photo. Obviously, we assumed it would not be exactly the same, but as you can see in the posted photos, it is pretty far off From what we asked for. Also will add that the quality between both piñata's shown is much different. Why there is blue on top of the head? Also when we called to tell you guys we were unhappy we were told you could tell that the head is different than the photo but you “did what you could” Also, I was never ‘satisfied’ , this pinata was not for me in the first place i was just picking it up on her behalf. And it was paid for prior to placing the order which was clearly a mistake. Again… very disappointing...

They have a lot of pinatas in different sizes and fair prices. There are also a lot of neat items for sale. The owner is very friendly...
