Oh man where do I start. My son is part of a quince so he needed a suit. Everyone was scheduled for 4pm I work and couldn’t get off so I called and she said I could come Friday morning. I saw online they opened at 10 came and she wasn’t here. Called her and she said 11:30 we came back at 11:35 she wasn’t here. I texted her she did t answer. There was a guy here but wasn’t helping and he ended up leaving us alone in the store. The owner ended up coming around noon and was finally able to help. It’s unacceptable. If you can’t be at your own store just change the hours to noon it’s not hard. Wasting people’s time and saying something and doing something else is horrible. Never again will...

When we finally came to pick them up when the store was supposed to be open at 10am we called and the owner said she wouldn’t be there until 12pm.
