I went into the store and bought few shirts and a face highlighter palate. I first have to say I never post any reviews, not even when I'm completely unhappy and unsatisfied..Well, I say at home and realized that the palate was way to light. I didn't touch the packaging of course. I drove the way back on the next day and wanted to return it. Right away the older Asian lady was very unfriendly and told me makeup not refundable. I said I was not aware. She replied yes we told you. I said if you would have I would have never driven that far back to return a $7 item. She yelled and said I told you. Then a younger employee jumped in and said we told you! Well I bought it from the Asian manager lady and that young girl employee was nowhere close. I was told at that point I can pick another palate which I did. I left feeling humiliated and accused of lying /or having bad memory not recalling what an older Asian salesperson told me...

Clothes here are terrible. The workers are rude as well. They are in a bad mood and the energy feels like they don't even want to be there.

This shop is old and the clothes are just not good quality anymore. With the same prices as Forever 21, might as well GO TO FOREVER 21!

The only girl that was nice and helpful was the young girl working in the dressing room today. I applaud her.

All of the other 2 ladies that were working were sassy and had an attitude.

This place needs new training and management. But it's an old fashion store anyways so I won't be coming back here.
