The girl attending me took almost an hour setting up my phone,she claimed the system was down but ironically customers walked in after me and she was able to process them in less then 5 minutes plus the system worked perfectly fine when she charged me! Also she asked for my debit card to set up auto pay she took like 30 minutes and i asked her for my card wich she proceeded to say " No i told you im going shopping with it." i dont find humour in fraud. Funny thing is after i asked her for my refund she called customer service and quickly set up my account. Worst vendor ever.
Update : SURELY ABBY THE "MANAGER" COMMITS FRAUD A FEW MONTHS(TODAY) AFTER MY REVIEW ABOVE I REALIZED MY ACCOUNT WAS BEING CHARGED MORE THAN ITS SUPPOSE TOO. Came to pay my phone bill and the guy working here never typed in my number he took my money but never put it in the register. Then as I waited for a reciept he told me that if i didnt get a text message confirming my payment to give him a call ( he gave me a card with a phone number) but after 2pm. So I told him that i would wait for the confimation text and i asked him for his name. As soon as i asked him he logged in into the other computer and asked for my number and actually made my payment. After all that time he actually gave a receipt.
