I went to get a massage last week , I had the worst experience , my appointment was for 2 PM but the owner puts me in a room and tells me that she is going to come back in a few minutes but she came back at 2:28 while talking on the phone with another customer , then she starts giving me a massage then the phone rings she starts talking on the phone while she is giving a massage with one hand , the phone keeps ringing 5 times and she answers it 5 times , I have been to many massage places but I have never seen anything like this before , I just wanted to leave , she leaves again and she comes back and while she is giving me a massage she asks me how much tip I am going top give her . she stops the massage and I put my clothes on ready to leave , she stands front of me and demands a tip , I just wanted to leave without creating a scene so I gave her $10 dollars , she starts complaining that she deserves more tip , I left but when I got to my car I realized I left my phone so I went back to get my phone , so I tell her I left my phone , please give me my phone , she says you have to pay a $40 dollar tip to get your phone back , she says you have to pay $30 dollars more for tip , I told her if she does not give my phone I have no choice but to call the police , then she decides to give me my phone and I leave. This is a fake Thai massage place run by Chinese owner and Chinese workers , the owner is extremely aggressive demanding tips, I would definitely avoid this place and find a real Thai massage place and there are a lot of them in...
Read moreTruly disappointed. After many weeks of stress I decided to treat myself to a massage after work. I paid for a full body deep tissue massage and asked to use the ladies room before my massage.
After, I was uncomfortably greeted at the bathroom door by two employees who hurried me into the massage room. Once inside, I began to undress but felt a little off, so I sat down for a moment. Literally three minutes after walking in, the employee was opening the door AND walking in simultaneously asking “Are you ready?”I said no THREE times and she STILL walked in.
I closed the door, started to undress and was trying to find the sheet to cover myself. She started to open the door again!
I said “I just need one more minute” - she then laughed mockingly and said loudly “You know, I am very busy!” - The place was EMPTY!!
This was supposed to be a moment of peace and relaxation. Instead, I was made to feel rushed and uncomfortable from the start.
If I’m being hurried before I’ve even laid on the table, I can only imagine what the massage would’ve been like. 12 minutes passed between walking in, paying and walking...
Read moreWow! This place is the definition of deep tissue massage.
I've been traveling for business and had major knots in my traps, neck, hamstrings and calves, leading me to be a very unhappy, stressed person lately. The hotel I was staying at wanted $200 for a massage, which seemed outrageous.
The therapist, Salena I think was her name, melted away my pain and even improved my posture. She literally walked on my back and legs with her heels, plus her hands are very strong; I actually had to ask for reduced pressure a few times. It was so amazing that I bought another full session, right after the first and got to enjoy hot stones also. I felt like a different, greatly improved human after.
Only issue was difficult understanding therapist's english accent, but she understood me great.
I'm so glad I went there. Worth...
