pretty good experience but the piercer didn’t clean the ear beforehand which made me nervous. i asked if he was going to clean it when he brought the needle out, but he said he cleans it afterwards? he used gloves, sanitized the tools & sterilized the piercing, just didn’t clean it prior. was he supposed to? not sure 😅

also, he didn’t give written aftercare even though the consent form specifically stated that the piercer would provide written instructions. when he finished, he just said “just clean it every day, pretty standard.” i had to ask for more details on what spray to use, how to apply, and when to use. was confused that he didn’t give instructions, but despite that he was happy to answer all my questions and was super friendly throughout the whole ordeal.

overall, i’m happy with my helix piercing as it seems to be healing up fine. pricing was good only $30 since i brought my own piercing, though make sure to drop it off an hour prior so they can sterilize it. it’s just that those two things worried me—maybe i’m just overthinking? will update if anything changes

update: healed just fine thankfully 😅 i used the spray three times a day and it healed up...

The shop is clean and goes beyond clinical standards for tattoo parlors. The AC is keeping the place extra cool. But let's be honest it's the people that make the experience. The artists here are humble but the best in the business. We had great conversations with Steven. Overall our experience was beyond outstanding. I definitely recommend this shop.
