I came in and I was with my mom we waited in the line and it was just us there was no one behind us. Then a big family came in (around 7 people) and a middle aged Mexican employee went up to them and asked them what they wanted to order. I said âhey sorry but we were here first in lineâ. The employee ignored what I said and said he was going to help them 1st . And the family said that it was fine for him to help us first. I was so confused that he didnât want to help us ?! If we were in line first. The employee then started giving us nasty looks and insulting me in Spanish and I understand everything he said since I speak Spanish too. He said that I was stupid and then insulted my parents ! And my mom was the only one there ! And she stayed quiet. She never spoke to him. He said âthat if an old man was dying in the hospital versus a young person showing up to the hospital. Then you should let the old man get help first .â All I said was we were in line first and idk what that has to do with anything. What does a hospital have to do with serving food?What the hell was his problem ! I never said anything to him and I was shocked and got anxious from him. I have no clue why he kept saying those things to me. I canât believe he would talk to anyone like this. And he kept saying insults in Spanish to me. I regret not speaking to a manager....

He was one of the most unprofessional individuals I have ever encountered. He was rude, disrespectful, and showed no empathy.
I felt bad for his colleagues because as a âmanagerâ, he did not model ideal behavior but treated his customers poorly. I cannot even imagine how he treats his colleagues.
This young man needs to realize that he works in a customer service role or just leave it.
I allowed him to be rude to me twice before I pointed it out and to my amazement, he stated, âIâm sorry YOU feel that wayâ as if I was the one with the problem.

First we didnt know they didnt have cotton candy which my daughter wanted and hoping to get so when the person who helped us said they didn't my daughter didnt know what else to get. We felt rushed to just get something we understand they had a line but again first time coming to this place. The person who helped us was not friendly at all his sarcasm messed up my whole visit. He made us feel dumb explaining each area and rushing us I ended up not getting anything for myself didn't like the service I was definitely not getting anything like that.
