I’m sharing 2 separate experiences at jugos Acapulco. I found their huarache de nopales and green juice to be delicious. The gentleman that served us the 1st time went above and beyond to take care of us. We sat down, enjoyed our meal inside and had a productive on site meeting. The second experience left me with such a bad impression that I never want to go back. As a friend and colleague of mine sat outside my friend offered a homeless man a meal and a seat at our table to talk. There was a homeless couple that was already sitting at another table nearby which was also later asked to leave even though they were sitting there eating a meal of their own and minding their own business. As she went in to buy him a meal the young employee straight out told her that they didn’t serve “his kind” that it was management policy that they not be sold any food or that they be allowed to sit at their establishment. Then proceeded to say that she would only sell HER the food only if my friend agreed to leave a tip. She paid because he was hungry but also stated that she couldn’t believe the many other distasteful words the employee had stated which frankly made me even more furious!. I understand that as a business we all have a choice to not deal with irate or unruly customers. This was not the case with this man. He was respectful and courteous but above all HE is a human being that is going through a difficult situation only to be met with such intentionally hateful and discriminatory behavior/attitude. I would hope that that employee or manager would find themselves in a similar situation and be met by such treatment. We all have a past and a story but let’s remember that we must not judge a book by its cover but by the content that lies within. I sincerely hope that this review is a reminder that some of the ugliest hearts can dwell in unexpected places. As for this establishment…. I thought I had found a great place to go eat but instead i found an experience that reminded me how never to run my business or the type of employees I would hire. Read moreThe only reason why I’m giving one star ⭐️ is because I had no other option before posting this review, other wise it would be zero. I grew up going to this place and was always the best in many ways, food wise, customer service wise 👍🏽 But as years pass by and new management comes in, everything has changed so much, unfortunately not in a good way 😞 Today I came in to buy breakfast for my family and found a person who lives on the street asking for nothing but food. I told him to come in to choose his food and the first thing they did was talk around and stare at him, when I got to the register to order they didn’t even ask if he was with me , they decided to take him out ! I told them he was with me and I was buying food for him, they told me they couldn’t have him inside, so I did not bother to buy anything after all . I tried speaking to a manager and all he could say was Lo siento la jefa se enoja si lo dejamos entrar ! ( Im sorry but the owner doesn’t want him here inside) That was all his answer, no customer service skills whatsoever, the sadest part is that this people have no heart for others! Really treating and older man like that , about to throwing on the street , only because I said he was with me, they didn’t and just waited for us to leave! I’ll never come back to a place where they treat people...

The cashier having difficulties with the register asking the cook what to do? The cook not knowing and calling the manager. I figured technical difficulties and kept my cool. Meanwhile speaking with the owner/manager asking what he recommends. I place my order and waited additional time for the workers to get situated. To my surprise being handed a box with a hand full of fries (literally) and some burnt severely dried up wings I reached out to management on this poor quality control and unacceptable customer service. I am honestly disappointed and would not recommend this...
