Jon's customer service and product knowledge were amazing! I came into his shop with a unique problem and not only did he spend time with me trying to troubleshoot the situation, but he went out of his way to help me beyond the consultation with some product support as well! I walked away with the feeling Jon truly cares about his customers. On top of that, have you seen their fantastic inline skates? They are custom to his shop!

It's so rare when you find a creative like himself who is both IQ and EQ with his clientele. If you have inline skate issues, this is the guy to see. And you may just end up replacing your skates with his, they look awesome! Thanks again, Jon. You are a gem hiding in plain sight over there...

After getting home and going out for a session, I realized that I lost one of the cuff screws. A quick email exchange later, replacement parts were delivered free of charge with next day UPS.
