RR Western Wear Casa Del Sombrero — Local services in Santa Ana

I’m not one to leave reviews on anything. But this is by far the worst I’ve ever experienced. I ordered a hat from here early June for my father’s birthday and it stated the order would take up to 6 weeks because it had to be ordered from Stetson. Now that’s fine I understand but late July got here and I still hadn’t received anything. So I called and was told that they would call Stetson and give me a call back, which they never did. August got here, still no hat. So I called last week and was told again they would call back. No call. I called the next day; AGAIN they told me they’d call me back. Nothing. I called again today and complained about calling various times and being told they’d call me back and never hearing from them again. The man (that I’ve spoken to every time) was quick to say that it’s not their fault and the order would take another 4 weeks (supposedly cause I don’t believe him anymore) well it is his fault that he had 0 communication when he’d say he’d call me back and never did. I’m tired of this poor managed company and I demanded a refund which I read another review saying it took forever for them to receive a refund. This staff is the best! Super accommodating and helpful. I don’t ever say this but they go above and beyond for service. Ask them for anything, styling advice or recommendations, sizes and different things. I forget her name but she’s there towards the end of the day and she always helps me, I’ve purchased two pants from her. Only place I know in OC to get these boot cut polyester wrangler pants for a Vintage styling. They have cool belts, guayaberas, huaraches and sombreros, some other cultural wear and work wear.
