Great merch, terrible staff! Today we walked in at lunch and I saw a coat I really loved. After driving home I decided I really wanted it. We live a ways away but are back in town tomorrow so I thought I would call and have them hold it for me. Well, try calling them sometime… they don’t answer! Finally we decided being there was just the one we better drive the hour back to get it. I tried calling a dozen times over a couple hours timeframe. Walked in, the three bro’s working there were hunched over the checkout desk, talking and playing on their phones. I grabbed the coat, walked up and stood there. Two scurried off, like I was interrupting them. The other scanned the tag, and I asked if there was something wrong with their phone. He shrugged and said he didn’t think so. I said, well I have been trying to call all afternoon. After a few moments of silence he said, ”well if we had answered the phone what was your question?”. I told him I would have asked him to hold it for me until tomorrow so I didn’t have to make a special one hour trip each way today. The store is relatively large and well-stocked (everything looks good). My mom was looking at a few t-shirts (took two t-shirts from the shelf and unfolded them) when suddenly the Asian-looking employee snatched them out of her hand. He had the nerve to say they can't allow that because others might be interested. Seriously? This kind of behavior is outrageous and totally unacceptable, especially in a store charging over $100 for t-shirts. If you're going to work for such a supposedly prestigious company, maybe learn some basic customer service skills. This is just pure disrespect. I had a really uncomfortable experience at this store. From the moment I walked in, the staffs gave me judgmental looks like they assumed I couldn’t afford anything or was going to steal. Not a welcoming vibe at all. They also seemed annoyed when I tried on or even touched the clothes, which is literally the point of going to a clothing store.
