Chris and his team at Crafted Cocktails just provided bar service for my daughter's wedding on Saturday 9/13/2025 at Regina Ranch in Carpinteria, CA with approximately 200 guests. They were truly amazing and we could not be more pleased! Chris is high energy and hilarious--he talks a big game and then delivers even more. From the beginning of the planning process, Chris guided us with types and quantities of alcohol (including helping me source the order and even meeting me to pick it up to make sure everything was correct), ideal bar setup and staffing (including passing the wine during a sit-down dinner) and featured cocktails (including hosting us at his own house for a tasting experience where he mixed amazing cocktails under the watchful eye of Mr. Bob Marley). During the event itself, they made the bar look clean and sophisticated and beautiful, they passed drinks and served at the bar with enough staff that there was never a line and never an empty hand, they kept just the right amount of wine in glasses throughout dinner, they noted the preferred drinks of key guests (e.g., bride, groom, parents, etc.) and sought them all out with refreshers (including supplying me with spontaneous coors lattes on the dance floor). And they did it all with such personality, good energy and professionalism! I cannot recommend Crafted Cocktails highly enough for their outstanding bartender and cocktail service at our wedding at Hilltop Ranch! With 150 guests in attendance, we expected some chaos, but their team handled everything flawlessly. There was never a moment when anyone had to wait long for a drink, which kept the party flowing smoothly. What truly impressed us was how they went above and beyond. When our caterer forgot the water dispenser, Crafted Cocktails stepped in without hesitation. They made sure everyone stayed hydrated by going around and refilling cups, even though it wasn’t part of their job.
