I use Store 06336 all the time to drop off urgent FedEx packages. Most of the time Joseph is working (today I asked for his name). He always greets me as soon as I walk through the door, even if he is helping someone. He never fails to ask me how my day is going, even if it is busy. He is pleasant but also with a sense of urgency; very good at managing time.

Today the lady in front of me mistakenly used the wrong label. I watched him troubleshoot with her - great patience and very helpful. She needed to email the correct label to print it in the store. He pointed to a print out that had the store email address and then said "Just let me know when you've sent it; I'll be right back". He then asked me why I was there. I was just dropping off so he scanned my packages and then went back to helping the lady - she had not sent the email yet.
