The Shopkeepers — Local services in Santa Barbara

I like this store because it carries one of my favorite jewelry lines. However, every time I have shopped, I have never been greeted or acknowledged. And it’s not just me, I’ll notice other customers ignored as well. It’s disappointing. Furthermore, upon check out I asked the sales associate if she had a certain pair of earrings in the back. She grabbed them, and I asked to see them. She responded, “Are you going to buy them?” I get it, we all have our days, but that’s not an excuse to be rude. I dropped into the Shopkeepers store yesterday after wine tasting and was pleasantly surprised by the nice eclectic store. The store was full of artsy creative items.
