I visited The Sense Head Spa with my sister on a Saturday at 2:30pm for the Repair & Anti-Sensitivity service, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. Great time to go with ample parking.

The spa is spacious, dimly lit, and designed for full relaxation. From the moment we arrived, the staff gave us their undivided attention. We started with individual scalp consultations, which was a nice touch. They even had us change into tops better suited for the massages at the end.

We had the choice between a massage bed or a regular bed for the head wash, and we chose the massage chairs—such a great decision! The head wash and massage were absolutely wonderful and incredibly relaxing.

After that, we were moved to comfortable chairs for the blow-dry, paired with a neck and shoulder massage and a steam eye mask. It was a perfect way to finish the session.

At checkout, I appreciated the great deals offered on their packages. Discounts are tiered depending on the package, so I opted for the gold package with 10 services—I can’t wait to go back for my next nine appointments!

The owner is super friendly, and I’m thrilled to have such a high-quality spa in our neighborhood....

I visited the Santa Clara location again today for their 80-minute scalp treatment, and it was such a pleasant surprise! The entire experience was incredibly relaxing, but my favorite part was definitely the water circulation treatment. They add herbal medicine packs to the warm water, which creates a soothing aroma while gently rinsing your entire scalp and hair—absolutely heavenly.

After the wash, you move to a comfy sofa area where they blow-dry your hair and continue with a scalp massage. The technician was very skilled, with the perfect pressure and rhythm. By the end, my scalp felt so refreshed and clean, and all the stress from the day had melted away.

The environment is quiet, clean, and calming, with soft music and a subtle fragrance that adds to the whole experience. It’s the perfect way to unwind after a long day. I’ve already recommended it to my friends and will definitely be coming back....
