People are freindly and they stand behind their warranty. I read an earlier review about a girl with her wetsuit. Wetsuits rip and when mine ripped about 6 mos after I bought it I took it back. They sent it down south for repair. Unfortunately, they didn't make that model anymore so they gave me an upgraded one for free!!! It lasted a year, and I surf 3-4 days a week 52 weeks a year. Read moreI bought a bunch of clothes the day before and told the kid helping me that I’ll take it to my hotel to try it on and bring back whatever doesn’t fit. Unfortunately their largest sizes are too short due to my height and had to return half of my items. ”Karen” the manager told me she can’t return anything and to basically kick rocks. That it’s policy to have credit instead of giving back money. Which I understand but now I’m stuck with $180 in credit at a clothing store that doesn’t carry clothes for tall people such as myself. You'd get better quality buying a pack of Hanes off the shelf at Walmart. Horrible quality. What happened to pride in well made products, and American manufacturing.
