I visited the Valley Fair store after a positive experience at the Santa Cruz location, where the manager was exceptionally helpful. At Santa Cruz, I was advised that by providing the exact date, time, and register number of my purchase—even without a receipt—the order could be looked up. However, at the Valley Fair store, the manager flatly refused to assist me, insisting that they couldn’t locate my order despite having all the necessary details.

When I pressed for clarification, her response was dismissive, and the young attendant assisting me was rude and condescending throughout the interaction. Very overpriced. However if u like to shop the markdown section sometimes u can find a few cool things. In the past the manager with blonde hair and an attitude made me feel uncomfortable had me mistaken for someone else and she made a fool of herself. This is a really big really fancy Urban Outfitters. If you like that sort of thing secretly but would never admit to shopping here if a friend asked you, it's great.
