I called from San Francisco to inquire about a hard to find pair of shoes I knew the store had at one time carried. I spoke on the phone with a lovely sales person on the phone named jocelyn, she was helpful patient and enthusiastic....AND they had the shoes! If she hadn't been so sweet I'm not sure I would have driven down. Anywhoo, I rearranged my day to drive on down to make sure these beauties fit before laying down my 200 buckeroos. The sales staff on the other hand were avoidant, seemingly unhappy and unhelpful.

Now I have to do the research myself to find the pair of shoes I really wanted in the size...

I could literally see the sweat on his brow from running around trying to find different types of shoes but he still took time to explain the options available and make shopping a pleasurable experience. And I hate shopping, so...
