Never never ever shop at AudioCityUSA. Very poor service and their manager, Derek, is super unethical. I have a Tesla Model X. They sold me 4 brand new wheels and 4 brand new tires. After driving for a few months, I noticed my front tire kept losing air. I had to refill air every other week. When I first took it to National Tire and Battery, they told me the front tire inside valve stem is rubbing against the wheel hub. That’s what causing the tire to keep losing air. I then had to tow the car to Tesla dealership so they can find a solution for this problem. They specifically said on the invoice receipt “unable to mount customers wheel on car due to inside valve stem hitting wheel hub while driving”. And said that I need to contact the company who sold me the wheels.

I called AudioCityUSA salesperson Brian who sold me the wheels. He told me to contact Derek, who’s the manager. I spoke to Derek about what Tesla and NTB had told and they even sent me photos showing the inside valve stem is hitting the wheel. He told me to buy the shorter TPMS and the shorter valve stems for the wheels and assured me that this will work. I waited a week later to get the shipment. Got the new valve stems installed at Firestone. They told me the shorter one is still hitting the wheel hub and sent me photos. Afterward, I was tired and just wanted to go home and returned everything. On my way home, the tire blew up almost causing a major accident on the highway. Now, I have to get the car towed again for the 3rd time. I contacted Derek that same day that the kit he sent me still will not work with these wheels. He told me the tires are not covered for hazard. What the hell, you guys sold me wheels and tires that are not compatible with my Model X and now blaming me that I didn’t buy hazard warranty. Derek didn’t take any responsibility in fixing the problem. At this point, there’s nothing they can do except to take these wheels back which they refused. Now, I’m stuck with 4 wheels and 4 tires they sold me that will not work with my Model X. I had to go back and installed my original Tesla wheels.

I’ve provided all the photos that Firestone, NTB and Tesla took and sent me. The first photo was the original valve stems they sold me with the new wheels and tires. The other photos showed the shorter valve stems which Derek sent me and it was still hitting the back wheel hub. The last few photos showed the busted tires.

Overall, the wheels look very nice on my suv, however, they are not made for it. They sold me the wrong set and refused to own up to it. And never offer to fix the issue. Completely unethical for a business to operate this way, especially after their manager Derek knows the whole situation. Just...

I purchased a set of 22" 5x110 Ferrada FR2 Matte Black Wheels with Gloss Lips for my 2018 Alfa Romeo Stelvio and I have had the worst experience in being compensated for wheels that were flawed from the beginning. The car started to vibrate badly so I assumed the issue were the new tires that came with the wheels from AudioCity which were determined to be damaged. I had the tires replaced and the issue continued so had the wheels road forced balanced again. I contacted Audio City about this on going issue and they stated that I needed hub rings and gave me the specs to order them. I asked why wasn't that included with my purchase and I was informed they were sold out. Mind you that whenever you place a order for wheels someone calls you to go over the correct specs for your wheels to make sure they a true to spec. I was so frustrated that I contacted the manufacture Ferrada directly and I was told that they don't make wheels to my cars specs or provide blanks to do so. I took the car to another shop that sent the wheels off to a machine & fabrication shop for measurements and it came back that the wheels were re-drilled off center and the center hub wasn't flush to my cars hub. These issues are what have caused the car to vibrate so badly that it wasn't safe to drive and it all started with AudioCity's error. I was actuality told by Anthony to drive the car out to California for them to check or ship the wheels back to them at my cost both ways and one even better purchase another set of wheels from them. Crazy!! I started to read the reviews and noticed that this has become a normal practice for this company over the years and I have read where others have had the same issue as I've had from wheels vibrating and no compensation. I wish I had read all of the large bad reviews before and I would have saved myself time and money dealing with a company that won't except responsibility and have no concern about the safety for the general public. I have filed a complaint with the California Attorney General, California BBB, and I will be sending the owner Ms. Kim a letter from my attorney. I am going to see how the outcome works out before I move towards filing a class action suit which won't be hard to find people to sign on to. BEWARE PLEASE READ the REVIEWS DON"T BE FOOLED by the 4.5 Star...

On 8/30/2019 I ordered three 22x9 Blaque Diamond BD-11 gloss black and two 22x10.5 Blaque Diamond BD-11 gloss black. I provided the year, make, and model of my car and was assured that everything would be spec'd by them and they would choose the offset, which they verbally stated all comes with their aftermarket fitment guarantee. (Offset determines how far inward or out the wheel will be positioned in the wheel well).

I received three 22x9 Blaque Diamond BD-11 gloss black and two 22x10.5 Blaque Diamond BD-11 POWDER COATED black. The two 22x10.5 rims were not the same material finish, texture, or hue as the three 22x9 rims. They were noticeably different and not what I ordered. After weeks of calling and emailing, they agreed to finish the three 22x9 rims with the same powder coat finish.

They have an "Aftermarket Fitment Guarantee" that states "Our wheel specialists have years of experience in the aftermarket wheel industry and will provide you with expert knowledge of wheel fitments. They will help you find the perfect fit for your vehicle." This claim was and still is posted at the bottom of their website.

Fast forward to 9/28/2020. I attempted to get a safety inspection but was immediately notified that the rims would not pass safety check. The rear rims stick out of the rear well. I was also informed that I could be pulled over by police for safety violations. This entire time I was driving with these rims, I was not even aware that it was illegal. I called and emailed them. On 10/3/2020 I was informed by Audio City USA support that their fitment guarantee would not resolve the issue because "I should know the laws" and "I took delivery of the rims." As a customer, I was sold on the fact that I did not know much about rims, and they would provide me their proclaimed expertise I was missing. Their expertise fell incredibly short and their fitment guarantee was not fulfilled. I am now stuck with two illegal rear rims. I can't get a safety check.

Worse experience of my entire life. I filed a BBB complaint and will go as far as I can go to expose this mickey...
