They gave the worst managemrnt and customer service without any doubt! I chose 5 cloths and I was waiting a long time for cashier to come but it seemed all of them keft for lunch except one abs that person took care of retutn part I tild him two times that I need to go to work but he said his manager told him that he should only take care of retutn part and he cannot talk over his manager words fibally after galf an hour wait and it was a long line if poor customers that they were waiting for cashier I left Ross without being able to buy any cloths because they didnt have any employee eho really cares about their customer plus their cloths seems used and second hand cloth if you are a respective fustomer and you dont want to face with bad behaviour by Ross for less in in this brach just avoid this...

This service was horrendous. We went to go look for backpacks for me, I was with my mother. There was a backpack that caught my attention and it was big enough for all my stuff but something went wrong with the print of the barcode so we couldn't figure the price out. We asked an employee for help, she looked at all the backpacks and when she picked out the most expensive one she said it was the same. 29.99 she said, even thought the brands were different, the styles were different and everything about it wasn't the same, my mom said, how is it the same if it isnt the same brand, and the employee had the audacity to give us attitude saying "WeLL YoU Can FiND The BAcKpaCK and GiVe Me the PriCe". This store should be awarded for Worst customer service 😒 The girls are bit better but the guy wid the ponytail idk if he's the manager is Rude as hell and got tons of attitude. Wanted to check an item b4 buying so i brought it to the register he was there, i checked the item n told him that i wanna buy it..instead of ringing me up without saying a single word he left the register n start pushing the carts together then came back n went all the way to some other register still doesn't bother to utter a word . This guy needs some serious customer service training along with manners. Idk why the management even considered him...
