Amazing experiences! I called to get information over the phone before heading there and the staff was very kind and helpful answering my all my questions. We went there once to check out the flowers to ensure this is where we wanted to buy baby’s breath for some church decorations we were making ourselves. We had someone walk us through the two different kinds and explain the cost thoroughly. When it came time to pay, we had questions about the assembly of our arrangements and the lady was super helpful with giving us tips. This place is very overpriced, and I'd usually ignore that for convenience but the service isn't great either. The main people seem to change prices whenever they don't like someone - apparently they've never liked me because I paid $80 for what would have cost $40 at the LA flower market. They have a pretty good selection with high quality, but they clearly don't list prices so that they can decide based on who you are how much to charge.
