I am really not the type to write reviews, but I truly want to inform people of this center. Here are some logistics: the tuition costs $1700 and registration costs $10 for a four weeks course. I actually did not attend this program due to multiple issues I had with just signing up. I called numerous times to find out about the designated date of the next cycle of the program and what the schedule would be like so I could plan accordingly with work and school. As the start date got closer, I had issues communicating with the staff just to set an appointment to take my entrance exam. The staff failed to call me back after the mentioned time, just to make an appointment for a 30 minutes to an hour exam (which was relatively easy, but had some material that I did not understand why it was incorporated in the material). After completing my exam and deposit, I was then informed that the scheduled date of the program was postponed. It ended up being postponed for two months due to an emergency regarding the instructor. I understand that emergencies happen, but based on other reviews it seems like the instructor does not care about being late, so it seems like the instructor may just not care. Despite all of this, one of the staff members, Danielle or Dannia, was really polite and intended on helping me find other programs because the new cycle would not work out with my schedule. I really appreciated this, but she did not hold her promise in calling me back. All in all, I cannot tell you concrete review of how the CNA program is here because I did not complete it, but these issues made me question if I wanted to pay for an educational experience that did not seem to thrive in communication, organization, and punctuality. I would have given this place an one star review, but Danielle...
Read moreChanged schedule to many times due to teacher having baby. But like the teacher said a lot: "that's just the way it is". She also showed up late to the Facility. But bring her a frappuccino you'll be ok lol. Students left early, call out and still participated in class. I passed all test and was there on time Mon-Thurs. I missed two days at the Facility and got dropped towards the end. Make sure you get your supplies if you paid full amount. You dont ask they wont give it to you to save money.. Only training i liked was from the BLS class other then that the MAB class is a joke. I use my CPI technique as a last resort with my clients and I take training seriously. for 2g you can take the class in college for free and get...
