They listened to what I wanted and helped me find the right door for my style and budget without any pressure.

The measuring and ordering process was easy, and they kept me updated the whole time. On installation day, the team showed up right on schedule and did an excellent job. They were careful with my home, covered the floors, and cleaned up when they finished. The door looks amazing and works perfectly.

I initially got a broken screen door delivered and a frame that didn't work. After some back and forth, they sent me replacements, but the doors are still not functional, even though they were professionally installed. The screen door is a joke, you can't really move it. The glass door looks nice, but I'm the only one in the family who can properly close it because it's too heavy for my child and wife. As you see in the video, I also struggle with it and wished I had never gotten these doors. I think with a replacement I would run into the same issues, because this is how these doors are designed and made. I don't know about the rest of the company's products, but definitely don't get the Patio Exterior Metal-Plastic...
