I donât like posting negative reviews since reviews are so impactful on businesses but the lack of feedback from this company is definitely something I want to communicate. I dropped off an espresso machine over 2 weeks ago and I was told they were going to let me know shortly - what the issue with the machine is and an estimate. 1 week later I called Them and they stated that they have not looked at it yet and will call me. I received a call that the owner was away and the employee who called stated she would have someone follow up. Other people who work on these machines were still working there from what I understand. No call, I called them again 4 days later. They said they hadnât looked at it yet and will âcall me tomorrow.â They didnât and I called them 2 days later, left a message â no call back. They seemed very friendly and helpful at first. Now, no call even to say âwe have no info, we apologize, we will call you back this time even though we stated this before and didnât follow through.â Lack of communication is not considerate. Just went there this Saturday an this guy name Primo helped me out, at least he thought he had I explained to him about my blender the size that it was glasse that I've had it for sometime so when he showed me what he had it looked different he assured me that it would fit an that it's standard so I was sold. So when I got home the top didn't fit, I live an work in Costa Mesa so when I called and left a message he called me back we talked about the mistake he mad and told me to come back for the top that fits. Now like I said I live in Costa Mesa, so I asked if he wound give me a discount and he said No !!!!! Now I've been doing business with this place for over 25 years for me to drive 60 miles again this was just a little to much right after I just spent $ 30.00 two days ago. Didnt seem right that it would just suddenly stop so I googled it. Turns out that theres a switch underneath the jug that collects the pulp and all I had to do was tape it down.So if the same thing has happened to yours just google it...or sell the parts...they sell...
