I don't do a lot of reviews. My experience either has to be AWFUL or AMAZING. In this case, totally great. I live in Sacramento and I was visiting Santa Paula just for a few days. When I went to return home, something went wrong with my battery. (It turned out to be the alternator....which I had just replaced....like within the last year...) The first place I went to told me that they could make me an appointment for the next day, but I couldn't do that. When I walked into this shop, the OWNER was very polite, he immediately took my car in, AND they got me in and out in an hour and a half! He even called AutoZone to check the warranty on the part that I needed, and had them deliver it to the shop- which saved me a lot of money. Something he did not have to do! After I provided all documentation from the dealership stating the facts and having a new one installed. He refused to give me all of my money back or the original core for my reimbursement. Second, he replaced a link to my toyota truck, when I took it to have new tires installed, the mechanic spoke to him personally and sent him a video that link was bad and required replacement.
