A planned "Lunch with the girls" to catch up with one another. We wanted to try somewhere new to us. When we walked in, I was overwhelmed by how loud it was, however when we asked about the volume, they turned down the speaker above our table. Large screen TVs on every wall. That was the day of the fatal helicopter crash- it was monumental news, on all screens. The manager came over and offered us a table in the back (I had not seen that). The service was phenomenal. Wait staff checked on us frequently - we were not forgotten in the back at all. Our drinks were refilled promptly, food was delivered hot. The menudo was flavorful and served with a spice tray. The burger was thick and juicy with fresh lettuce and tomato on a grilled fresh baked bun, served with crispy golden fries. Read moreLove this place. Came in for dinner and the place was a little busy. We were sat immediately and given our menus. They have a good beer selection. We ordered our drinks and some warm pretzel bites. The pretzel bites were soft and warm and come with a cheese sauce that has a little spice to it. They were so good. I ordered a Reuben sandwich and my mom ordered the fish tacos. The food was excellent. The owner of the place cam by and checked on us. Also the servers came by a bunch of time to check on us. This is a great sports bar with delicious food and they even have outlets at most of the seats so you can charge your device while you are...
Read moreFood is good. Ambience is cool. They give you cold beer in chilled schooners which is dope. They show almost every game at any given time. Only things preventing it from getting 5 stars is that they don't have a wide selection of beers. It's all mainly light lagers. Bud, budlight, Coors, Coors light, Miller, Miller, Michelob, Corona, Modelo, so on and so forth. Also they told us they don't stay open for Laker games so we had to leave prior to the end of the game. For it being a sports bar it should stay open for sports. Overall it's good spot. It's something fresh that Santa Paula...
