
Went on website and looked at the memberships. Followed all of the instructions downloaded the app made a profile with my picture and all of these bogus steps, including Reading the terms, which also stated that when you create an account, you’re not supposed to use your email as a user ID but it does not give you an option to pick a user ID and automatically post your email as your user ID no matter what you do. From some of the reviews I have read the owner sounds uneasy and understanding, but I don’t wanna make any assumptions and they have a 4.5 overall rating so I wanna give them a chance so I attempted to add my billing info to my profile three credit cards in my name and one debit card in my name and get nothing but error messages. They have a selection for American Express however, according to them, my American Express is not a valid card and it’s one of my best credit cards so I tried my MasterCard with five figure limit on it and it asked for the CVV even though I put that information in on the previous page and then I hit submit and it gave me another error, saying a token was generated, but no charges on any of the cards. Thank God because I would not want to get the fraud department or local law enforcement involved so I’m stuck with an account with a barcode but no way of paying for a pass or a membership and two days prior I attempted to contact somebody on their website and they just ignored me. There is a phone number that I guess I could try calling them and seeing if I could get in contact with somebody to find out what is going on for now, I guess I will remain driving 30 miles to Anytime fitness four days a week all the way in Fort Walton From Santa Rosa. Read moreRandomly cancelled membership and lied to us with no explanation after paying for the entire month. At first I asked for the membership to be reinstated but they choose to lie by saying that we cancelled the membership ourselves via email when we never did. Only after a few email did they tell me they won't be reinstating the membership with no further explanation when asked. What is the reason to lie? You figured they could at least provide an explanation as to why they cancelled the membership but It may just be they don't like us. Owners are rude and the son works the front counter and is very unhelpful so don't even bother talking to him. Don't go to this gym, all the machines are outdated and low quality. Some places in the area offer day passes, but that becomes cost prohibitive during a longer stay. Warrior Fitness was the only area gym offering flexible, no contract options that worked for us, and they actually have the equipment we need! My husband and I were both able to complete our workouts without substitution, and every time we worked out we had access to a rack (e.g., not so busy that equipment is full, which we’ve found at other 30A gyms).
