Update 7/9/25 they still have refused to refund me $109.93 for merchandise for a special order I never received. They keep telling me through the bbb to contact Eclipse RTO There’s literally no way to contact them. Dan From their office, I’m assuming in Santa Rose never called me back.This is very shady theft! Update 6/24/25 5:24pm spoke to Mr Brown they just keep telling me that the manager is calling to call me back but they never called me back yesterday. I doubt I will receive a call back today and I asked about my refund and he told me You can call corporate- Here’s the thing the corporate says they can’t do anything about it. I’ve already called them several times they tell you just to call the store. And then he’s like well you filed a BBB complaint and I said yeah but you guys stopped communicating with them so basically I got scammed so I paid for merchandise I never received and never refusing to refund it and they took the merchandise back, but aren’t we refunding for the time I’m used please do not use this company- so now as of 7:20 PM, they’re refusing to talk to me they’re refusing to call me back. They’re no longer talking to the BBB anymore nor returning my calls. They’re not talking to me.
Update 6/24/25 10:55am I did not receive a partial refund for some of the merchandise they picked up yesterday. I did receive a full refund for the loaner merchandise. And I’m still waiting to see about my refund for the Merchandise I never received. I was told I was gonna receive a call back yesterday and never received one there’s no point in calling the solutions number because they say there’s nothing they can do and to contact the store -
Update:, the store says they issued a refund takes 3-5 business days. They will have to call me back to see about a refund for the merchandise I never received- everything has been picked up. I wish I could give 0 stars - I placed a special order on April 25, 2025. I was told I was gonna receive it in 2 to 4 weeks. It’s been eight weeks and three days. I’ve called every Thursday for eight weeks. They continue to tell me they have no way to check it. They don’t know where it is. There’s nothing that they can do but wait. I received a loaner that they said was new, but it was clearly used and even on the agreement it says it’s used. The corporate office tells me there’s nothing they can do. All I can do is call the store. I’ve been asking since Saturday for the store to come and pick up everything. I’m done doing business with shady people. And I also want a refund for the special Order merchandise that I never received. They refusing to refund me for merchandise I never received and they refusing to pick up the items That I do have I’ve asked several times to come and pick up these items. Everything is ready to go. They keep telling me only to talk to an Eclipse RTO unfortunately there is no contact information for them. I’ve tried to fill out their contact page, but it doesn’t work. Read moreI'm currently a customer who's had problems since day one of delivery. I went into the Rohnert Park location which is currently closed and saw the bed I wanted , the lady helping me said we can get it brand new and delivered with two weeks. I put down $300 October 1st just cause I knew I was going to pay it off in 6 months for no interest. When the bed arrived and finally set up I noticed it was the wrong bed. I called the store and they were very rude , so much so the store manager who I was explaining the situation to actually just gave me corporates number and hung up on me. Corporate took notes and sent a email to the district manager who suppose to get back to me in 48hrs and took almost 4 days before I called corporate again and he finally called. By the way the bed set they delivered was missing screws and scratched. District manager stated that he was sorry for all the trouble and he was new so he wanted to see what he could do and he would call me back in a day. 48hrs goes by and he calls and says the product is discontinued and they will be out to fix the bed set I currently had. I asked my options he said he could discount the bed I have for the inconvenience and issues or I could return the bed set but I would lose my money because its rent to own or I could keep bed and when the bed I want comes in I could make payments and apply difference to bedroom set. I choose number 3. December 23 they finally came out fixed the bed after missing two appointments to fix the bed. January they call and say your late on payments and I didn't see how because the bed frame wasn't usable because it was missing screws and basically falling apart , so I wait until after Christmas and go to make a payment in January and come to find the store I bought it from was closed so I have to travel 20 minutes out of my way to make a payment and meet the new employees and discuss any late fees. Upon arriving the manager on duty apologized and said she had the bed set I originally wanted being delivered to her store and she can set up exchange. Finally a resolution. Joking. Three weeks later nothing so I call and she says that they were damaged and she was trying to special order and it would take three weeks. I wait another three weeks only having to call them again and they tell me its been discontinued again. So another call to corporate cause at this point I want my money back. No call for 48 HRS. A store manager calls and says I need to make a payment because am late and I explain the whole situation again and he state they have new district manager but he could special order this set for me to get this all resolved. This has to be a joke and I just call corporate again to complain and they take notes and say the new district manager will be in touch with me in 48hrs. Im pretty sure that I didn't explain all the issues but these were the major ones. Worst customer service ever. All I want at this point is my money back and to cut ties and never do business with this...
Read moreI just walked into this store and received the worse service you could think of. I first asked if there was any couches that they sell that are leather couches. The man that was there automitcally says no you have to special order them and there 4,000 and over. I said that's fine, but do you think that you could get me that couch over there in all leather not with the cloth or at least that style of couch i all leather. He automatically says no. He didn't even let me go on to explain what I was looking for. What pissed me off even more is that I was willing to buy a couch for 4,000 if it would last and the leather were real, and at that I was already looking at a 2000 dining room set. This alone would have been a 6,000 sale. If I need to walk in wearing heals and a suit in order to be treated like my money matters and not like some bum off the street then I guess I should of done that.
