I have eaten at the el patio on stony point road numerous times and it has always been great, until my last visit. I ordered a wet shredded chicken super burrito and it was great going down. Then later that night I ended up with food poisoning. It was the only thing I had eaten that day, so there was no other possible culprit. I havent been able to bring myself to go back since that incident. Had it not been for the food poisoning I would have given it 4 stars. The service has always been great and the wait times are very short. Just be aware that food poisoning is a possibility for whatever reason. I should also include this is the only place I have eaten that has ever given me...

Very quick services but quality has declined within last 7-months maybe due to head cook moved to downtown El Patio restaurant. Quality of food 3-stars, service 1-star (especially when owner"s wife is at the cssh register taking orders. She's friendly to Latinos but not to Asians) and price of food 1-star (little too costly for Mexican eatery), for example; 2-enchilada (choices of meat) with rice and beans combo for $13.03 (include tax) should be more like $8.00 ??? With these prices, gradually loose customers eventually so don't get too greedy !!!

Would not recommend this Mexican eatery, it's not a restaurant. There are over 30 more Mexican eateries in...

This small Mexican restaurant in a fairly good sized strip mall slightly west of highway 101 has a varied menu with a number of vegan options, including a McDougall menu. It was fairly quiet when I arrived at 5:20 on Sunday of Labor Day weekend. Within 10 minutes it was crowded, with a line that reached the door. Apparently it's quite a popular place; even the local firemen were waiting in line, having parked their truck outside. The staff were friendly and had no problem with my special requests for alterations in menu items. The food was excellent, prices were reasonable, and portions were big. I would definitely go back. Recommended,...

My friends, family and I have eating here since I was 15 when my best friend and I found it on a whim. That's almost 30 years! We originally came here when McDougall was popular. The burritos and food has consistently been delicious, and the staff are friendly and serve the food promptly. There are a variety of types of Mexican foods that can appeal to most people including vegetarians and other diets. Chips and salsa are given freely, and there's soda/drinks available as well. The murals on the wall are beautiful. Great food to eat at the restaurant or take out. They also have a second restaurant downtown that has been popular over the years.

I'm pretty happy with this place. In Sonoma County we're not the least bit starved for choice insofar as Mexican food goes, especially on this side of town, but El Patio is definitely worth a look. The food here is very hearty, but stops shy of being greasy, and the folks are friendly, and food comes out pretty quickly. They also serve portions that are fairly generous for the price you pay, and they offered to substitute avacado for guacamole at no charge, which is something that I seldom see. They're not interested in nickle'n'diming you, they're just interested in making good food and making sure you leave full and happy.

They are racist. Is always your own kind. Order a Asada, rice, bean and sour cream burrito all I got was sour cream and no beans or rice. Not sure what sick joke this is. But this place truly sucks and has lost its touch. The Latinos in the back and front don't like other Latinos. And it shows because they be switching up how they help them. Is sad this places is a racist environment and alway hating on other Latinos that go I there.
