This location is really bad!
CROSS CONTAMINATION WARNING!!!
Digestive havoc everytime I have ate food from this location. Long waits, cold food. Mostly kids running the kitchen, too busy socializing with each other to provide sufficient acceptable service.
There is a problem with broccoli beef, customers often receiving mostly broccoli with nearly no beef. Is there an employee eating all the beef, leaving only broccoli for the customers??!! I thought it was just me, but apparently its a bigger problem because there's several complaints about this entree at this location. I have received entire cartons of straight broccoli; where's thr beef??????!!!!!!!
It took months and multiple attempts to get a response to my complaints. It then took multiple inquiries about the giftcards they were supposed to send, when I finally got them it was only $20 vs the $50 I was told I would receive; inadequate compensation for their mistake. Panda Express as a corporate franchise is very inconsistent and evasive. They are not maintaining a certain level of quality in their services across their locations. They avoid customer complaints like a plague. Maybe they don't realize that complaints/failures are great opportunities for improvement. It would appear that Panda Express doesn't care much about customer satisfaction or continuous improvement.

Read moreOrdered with the app @ 8:42. Printed receipt said 8:45. Pick up time 8:55. Arrived @ 9:00. Asked if I minded waiting 5 minutes for chicken to cook. (No...it's what we ordered). Sat at table to wait...and wait...and wait while the people that were there got their food and left...and others came in, got theirs and left. Still waiting. Was finally asked if they gave me my online order. (Would I still be sitting there if they had?) I said no and they went to see where it was. I'm thinking it was given to someone else...after the chicken was done, by mistake. They finally got it together and I got our order! Most of it anyway...was just missing a couple sauces, oh well. It only took them 45 minutes! No sorry. No offer of a small drink or something while I wait forever. Not the first time this has happened at this location. Another time this happened wasn't even as bad, and the girl at the register apologized and threw in a couple spring rolls for the inconvenience. Where was she tonight? The employees were nice, but I think a little embarrassed at the mishap. Maybe a manager or supervisor should keep a closer eye on how things are going so things like this don't happen in the future. I won't be returning to this location. Maybe the company should do away with the app. It's faster to just walk in and order...
Read moreWe all know our favorite Americanized fast food Asian restaurant, Panda Express. From their glazing honey walnut shrimp to their glossy orange chicken my mouth waters with the thought of this savory cuisine.
Now with this being said the Panda Express on Stony point road has disappointed me. They gave very little portions of food. There was one worker that was very polite and sweet, but the rest of your workers were very rude and acted immature towards other employees as well as some customers. I do give them credit though because I had left something and they saved it rather than doing something they shouldn’t have.
I can compliment the atmosphere. It was clean and I liked their community board.
This Panda Express is located in a plaza area amongst other restaurants and businesses. It is right next to chevron gas station. The parking lot can get busy. They do have a few parking spots in front of the restaurant. One for the handicapped folks as well.
Overall, to the beautiful community of Sonoma county and visitors abroad I wouldn’t recommend coming here. Unfortunately, I didn’t have a pleasurable experience. I still love Panda Express just...
