Rashid is my go to technician for audio and video repair. He is extremely knowledgeable, fast, and very reasonably priced for his level of skill. I brought in a vintage amp that I had purchased on eBay, which I could already tell was damaged in shipping. He examined it, and when I return to the shop, opened it up and showed me the damage, offering to either repair or replace it. He had the exact same amp at his other location, so we made a deal and he went and got it the same day. He offered me a lower price then I could find on eBay, a refurbished machine, and a warranty. Unbelievable!

Today I took him a busted speaker, which he promptly disassembled and tested in fewer than 10 minutes, for free, and offered to replace the broken part for an incredible price. Five stars...

Rashid is one of a disappearing breed of professionals who really know what they're doing. On top of that he is very ethical and conscientious. I brought in my 1970 vintage Sherwood SEL-200 receiver that belonged to my late uncle. It had an intermittent left channel cut out issue. Rashid is helpful in discussing if a repair makes sense, then also in performing the repair. For me, he worked to repair a vintage (50+ years old) audio receiver and ultimately recommended the receiver was really not worth spending more time to further troubleshoot.
