Savor Vietnamese Cuisine — Restaurant in Santa Rosa

Food is decent although a little pricey. Customer service is absolutely the worst. I placed an online order. Entered the restaurant and went to the sign that said online order. Waited and waited while the young lady made 3 or 4 drinks about 3' from me but never acknowledged my presence. Finally a second person came out and After telling them why I was there, I was directed to the cashier on the other side of the restaurant where I waited in line behind 2 people. When it was my turn the lady that had initially directed me to the cash register asked me again why I was there and when I told her, I learned my order had been sitting there since the moment I walked in the store. From reading these reviews I gather the restaurant does not take notice. But my salad came with fish sauce even though I selected vinegarette and the spring rolls came with peanut sauce even though vinegarette was ordered. We were on the go so we had to make do with our less than average food that had sat on the counter for who knows how long. The 2 workers that I encountered were not friendly or pleasant.There were maybe 4 patrons seated at tables in the restaurant and 2 people at the counter. Boba was really good! ♥️♥️♥️ I love it, and if your just getting drinks the wait time is pretty short. I also loved their pastries, specifically the chocolate croissant. On the other hand for criticism sometimes their peanut sauce tastes a bit oily or is more liquid like. I remember one hot day where I ordered spring rolls with peanut sauce, and the sauce was really oily. Although it might have been the weather. It was also a pretty busy day. I could tell since I could see people running through the kitchen and the staff making drink after drink. I think that's why they already prepared all their sauces into containers and left them out that day. To end this review on a good note the staff are amazing and chill. Food is okay, nothing to rave about but definitely not worth the price or portion lol, but hey, that's inflation. Friendly service? No, no, no, not here, asian lady is unwelcoming and seems to be done with life wishing for death haha sorry miss ma'am, I hope you live till 150 lol. The restaurant looked sorta clean, which is nice, I guess. Parking is shared with other businesses and is okay getting in but kind of a drag to get out depending on the traffic to get back on the road. China Village is not too far away and has some amazing food, great parking, and service is okay depending on who's there. Then there's Mr. Pickle across the street if you want a bomb sandwich.
