Hidden Orchards — Local services in Santaquin

I called this place and 3 others first thing in the morning yesterday. We were looking for a venue and had just a few quick questions that wouldn't have taken more then 5 min of their time. The first time I called it was before they opened I left a message explaining what I needed, no response. I tried again right after the opened, again, no response. Waited a couple of hours, tried AGAIN. NO RESPONSE. No text, no call, nothing! We had called 3 other venues around the same time. EVERY SINGLE ONE of those places called me back, answered my quick questions and it took about 5 min per call. All were busy but made time to reply, but not these guys, nope, way too busy to take 1 min to even send a text saying that they would be in touch later. I didn't really think much of it at the time as we had other options. The thing that really pissed me off was that when I woke up this morning there was a TEXT, 16HRS LATER AT 1:30A saying "oh sorry we had a event" "sure can you come today between this time and this time?" WHO DOES THAT?!!!!" 1:30 AM?! HELL NO WE WON'T USE YOU! They may have reviews of happy people, but this one is not! BEWARE of them! Fortunately we don't need the venue till next year and have planned accordingly, but if you are considering using this place, don't expect to hear from them anytime soon! Don't expect them to answer the phone or text you for any reason at all. Maybe they should hire someone to answer the phones if they are just too busy that even taking a few seconds to reply by text is too much for them! If that text had woken me up this review would have been even worse! UNREAL! (Oh and by the way, they knew I was going to be leaving a negative review and even I was able to TEXT them before doing so, I waited 30 min before writing and posting it to give them a chance to talk to me about this and guess what? ...

Hidden Orchards is the perfect place for an outdoor reception! The large canopy tent and cement floor provide protection from the elements but showcase the beautiful apple orchard surrounding it. The staff is phenomenal! They are very professional, available for questions, and assist during set up and take down. We purchased the decoration package and were very pleased with all the options. We appreciated their flexibility with services as we hired a caterer, brought in our own additional food, and used one of their preferred vendors for flowers. The bridal suite and groom suite are convenient and stocked with everything you would need. I would highly recommend Hidden Orchards to anyone looking for a beautiful place to host an event.
