This place is the worst. We had a coupon for Artisan Style sandwiches .They are about the worst sandwich I've ever had! I could have gone home and made a sandwich and it Would have been 300 times better than that. I had some really nice panko breaded chicken strips and I could drop them in my deep fryer and made an amazing sandwich with us and it would have been three hundred times better than the
it was the smallest sandwich I've ever seen. The bun was good , it was a ciabatta, but all that it had on it was a couple of tiny little pieces of chicken strip not even really enough to make a sandwich and a little bit of mozzarella cheese and very little sauce. It is supposed to have tomato sauce but it had hardly any sauce on it at all. My husband got the chicken bacon ranch sandwich and the chicken breast looks kind of nasty and he said he'd give it a 2 rating out of 10. These sandwiches are $5 apiece . We had a one get one free and I wouldn't even pay ten cents for the thing . Of course most people go there for their ice cream. Fry's and onion rings were good but it was the smallest portion I have ever seen in my life. I left there hungry. They Sent me a coupon for my birthday for a BOGO blizzard and when I pulled it up it said I had to print it and they wouldn't accept it. Give me a break! It's just their way of making it so you can't use it because this is 2016. The coupons are on your phone and you just scan them. I'm not impressed with this place at all run by a bunch of teenagers. They hardly have any restaurants in Santaquin so what...
Read morePLEASE READ!!! We live right here in Santaquin, and this is our go to place simply because of its closeness, and at one point, itâs mouth watering food. But in the last 6 months the lines are at a 45+ minute wait, the food is ALWAYS cold, or not what we asked for, or better yet, as of today my husband and I were served RAW CHICKEN. We kept coming back even after a plethora of wrong and cold orders since we hoped it was just a fluke, but weâve come to realize thatâs not the case. I just wish we realized that prior to eating raw chicken. In a time where fast food joints are supposed to be picking up their game with COVID, which really shouldnât even be a factor since raw food should be frowned upon no matter the circumstances, this is absolutely unprofessional. Yes, when I called they said the next time we came in it was on them, but we wonât be returning. Im a Safety Inspector for several schools, and I have a background on the expectations in food handling, and this is extremely disappointing, even if it was due to a new trainee, they should be checking EVERYTHING that person is sending out until they are fully trained. Please implement a âscreeningâ point when training new employees, simply for the general public health, and for all the little kiddoâs that love their chicken strips here in Santaquin. We personally will be making the drive to Provo if we are...
