Classic Car Wash and Dog Wash Santaquin — Local services in Santaquin

(ZERO STARS ⭐️ IF POSSIBLE)… USE THIS BUSINESS (vacuums or car wash)! Unfortunately, I HIGHLY SUGGEST NO ONE waste your money 💵 here. You’re literally gambling (50/50 chance) if the vacuums will have enough suction power (cleaned filters) to work AND if there will ink inside the car wash receipt machine to give you your code to use for future washes that you paid for with NO REFUND!!!

VACUUMS ARE ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! Do “NOT” waste your money 💵!! On (3 different occasions) over 2 months time, I’ve waisted every single dollar on 3 different vacuum machines. They all had absolutely “NO” suction power, not even enough to suction up near weightless sun flower seed from inside my truck. There is NO customer service support, NO customer service phone number, and NO way to get refunds. I suggest everyone save your money and drive to either Quick-Quack in Payson (new Santaquin location opening this summer 2024’), or just use your home vacuum. I took iPhone video just in case anyone ever happens to show-up to work here to request a refund.

CAR WASH IS ALSO ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! I also purchased a 4 time car wash pass and there was NO ink 🖊 printed on the receipt 🧾 to get my code number for the 3 remaining washes. This also happened to the customer behind me who pulled up while I was inside the wash and couldn’t warn them. I again took iPhone video & pictures of this. However, after checking weekly for nearly 3 1/2 months for someone to be working here or the owner to be on-site, there is never anyone at this place.

I’ve never given any business a “one star rating” but after 4 separate incidents of this place taking my money ($3.75 vacuums) AND ($24.00 car wash) = (TOTAL $27.75) it’s definitely deserved. What a complete wasted of time and money 💵 gone. I can therefore, honestly give a (1-Star ⭐️) in good faith and warn others about this place. There’s never anyone working here to offer a refund of your money or even fix the many problems. Unbelievable!!

Thankfully, Quick Quack will be opening soon a block away, which is so much CHEAPER WITH UNLIMITED WASHES DAILY for a month/year pass that is honestly $$$HUNDRED OF DOLLARS CHEAPER$$$ in a year’s time as COMPARED TO THIS...

Let me start by saying I love supporting local and I prefer not to use places like QQ or WW (other automatic car washes). I also need to mention, My husband and I worked at a car wash and our expectations are high because of the owners we worked for. They expected the best and always made sure the washes were working properly to avoid any upset customers. At first, we enjoyed going here because it was close and we thought it was doing a good job. We changed our mind after just a few times of going to the automatic car wash. It was leaving streaks and chemicals on our cars and not getting them clean. I reached out to the owners to let them know the problem and they gave us a free wash. It was nice of them, but we still have the same problems. We haven’t been back to the automatic because of that. Then, yesterday, I stopped at the manual wash (at the Sinclair) and put in $3.00 cash. It only gave me about 5 minutes of wash. The machine required $2.00 to start, but their signs say $1.00 to start. Also, the time you get when adding additional quarters was inaccurate. Their signs are incorrect and it didn’t give me enough time to thoroughly clean my car. Update the signs or follow what the current signs state. The next problem: their chemicals did the same thing in the manual as it did in the automatic. I had to go home and windex all my outer windows because the spot free rinse and wax left streaks and spots on my car. Their only redeeming service is the dog wash. Unfortunately the machine has broken down a few times and doesn’t work properly, but I will still go back for...

We are currently having our bathroom repaired after some water damage. So we don't have access to a bathtub right now. So we took our pup here.

This is sooo much nicer than using a bathtub! The bathing station is elevated, so you don't have to kneel the whole time. There is a door on the bathing station as well, to make it easier to load your pup in, and the walls are high enough to convince the pup to try and not jump out. Shampoo and conditioner are included in the price ($15 for 12 minutes). It only took us 8 minutes to wash our pooch, but she is short haired, so long haired animals may take longer. The stations also have a blow dry option, but I'd bring towels in case your pooch doesn't like the blower. We used towels lol

There are 2 bathing stations, and each one has its own small room with their own entrance. The doors to the rooms lock from the inside, so you're pup can't push their way outside if they manage to try and escape.
