I hate ever having to leave a bad review but at this point I have no other choice.
We paid for pizza's that we have never received. We have attempted to reach out to speak to management multiple times and have never been called back. We have been told lies by the staff that have been verified by other members of the staff and it is really has become so disappointing for a local business conduct its business like this. Here is the timeline of events so far:
Ordered a pizza for Delivery on the Little Ceasar's app Little Ceasar's app sent receipt with order #, delivery # and store ID # Pizzas were NEVER delivered Called and the shift lead staff member told me that the deliveries are handled by doordash and "once DD picks them up they no longer have to worry about it." Staff then told me it had FOR SURE been picked up by a DD delivery person and they were 100% sure. Called DoorDash who told me they had no record of the order and verified no food had ever been picked up. Called back and spoke to another shift lead at the Santaquin Little Ceasar's who told me they don't even know why their app has a "Delivery" option because they 100% DO NOT use delivery with doordash and told me the previous staff member told me something that wasn't true in regard to verifying the pizza had been picked up by a DD delivery person. Santaquin Little Ceasar's recommended I leave a message for GM Camille to call me back for a refund because none of them have the power to refund my money or told me I'd have to come in to the store and "try to catch Camille when she is around." Have left multiple messages with staff members for Camille to call us back but we have not yet received a single phone call from this Camille person who allegedly is the GM.
Originally, we were excited when this location came to our home town of Santaquin and were eager to support the local business, but this last experience has got me questioning a lot of things...
And now sadly, I am having to resort to publicly calling them out as a last ditch effort to see if anybody will please contact me and refund my money. You cannot take people's money when you do not provide them the goods and services you promise. From the lies and deceit of the staff... to the careless way in which they have handled this entire situation... I am blown away by the disfunction and disappointed because by nature we really would like to support our local businesses. Like i said though, what else can I do? I feel I have been forced into this bad review folks. Little Ceasar's of Santaqiun please do the right thing and respond. Please refund our money for Pizza you never provided us. And please earn our business back...
Read moreWorker running the window 5/24/2023 was very rude, he had a few cars pull around the front to wait for pepperoni pizzas that were just coming out of the oven. About 45 minutes later after noticing several cars pull in get pizza and leaving, so I walk it to see what was taking so long. The kid running the window said we got really busy and we can’t help that. (Which I completely understand), however as I am waiting for my 1 pepperoni pizza, a family walks in orders and gets there 2 Pepperoni pizzas, another gentleman walks in orders one pepperoni pizza and gets it and walks out. As the kid running the window grabs pizza and takes outside to fulfill waiting cars orders(Totally fine) . A different worker asks me what he can help me with. I said I came through the window got my order I’m just waiting on 1 pepperoni pizza. (Well he had just sold it so I get to wait a little longer). As the other kid running the window comes back in I ask for my pepperoni pizza I have been waiting for. He says ma’am I can not help it that we got busy, I said, I understand that your busy, however all these cars outside are waiting for just 1 pepperoni pizza and we’re here before all these other families coming in getting what we are waiting for and leaving. I ask for a manager, he says they don’t have one, I ask his name he says he can’t tell me. I completely understand being busy, but they need to make sure customers that have been waiting for awhile are taken care of before new customers. Read moreI stopped by and arrived at 9:40. I requested a custom Pizza which should be no problem with 20 minutes until closing. I was informed that they were not making any more pizzas and we would have to buy the hot-n-ready pizzas because they were shutting down the ovens already. 1st- There is absolutely no reason for this. There was plenty of time to make a fresh pizza and the ovens should not be shut down before closing time. 2nd- We bought 2 pizzas, a cheese and pepperoni and the cheese pizza was so old it was basically unedible, the pepperoni was not far behind it. There were only a bunch of kids behind the counter and they did not care to try and take care of the customer and only cared about shutting down early so they could go home.
I've been patient with this location since opening due to growing pains, but it doesn't seem to be getting any better. Most of my experiences at this location are poor. Either poorly made pizza or extremely long wait times. I firmly believe there needs to be an adult there that is actually responsible, I do understand that's not always easy in this economy, but if you can't find one, at least properly train your teenagers...
